Watt Wise Electrical

You have two Google listings. One has your reviews. The other has your address and nothing else.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

You have two Google listings, and half your customers land on the empty one

Google Maps search, checked 14 Sep 2026, returned both of these: Listing 1: no rating, no reviews, your address at 6 Stow Ct, no phone shown, no website button. Listing 2: 5.0 stars, 12 reviews, phone 0437 050 732, website button, hours.

What it costs: Half the people who search for you on Google Maps get shown a version of your business with no phone number, no reviews and no way to contact you. It looks abandoned.

The fix: Report the duplicate to Google and have it merged into the listing with your reviews. Google has a free process for this.

12 reviews, next to competitors sitting on 198 and 222, in your own suburb

Same Google Maps search, checked 14 Sep 2026: Voltaic Electrical (5.0, 222 reviews) and Dr Sparky Electrical (4.9, 198 reviews) both appear above you, paying for the sponsored spot.

What it costs: Your rating is just as good as theirs, 5.0. But review count is what makes someone pick the safer-looking option when they're comparing three quotes.

The fix: Text every customer a review link the same day the job's done, not with the invoice later. It costs nothing and it compounds.

200 people a month search "electrician Wembley Downs". You don't rank for it, your own suburb.

Ahrefs, Australia, checked 14 Sep 2026: "electrician wembley downs", 200 searches/month. Your website is one page, last updated 2018, with no suburb pages at all. You don't rank for this term, "electrician perth", "electrician scarborough" or "electrician city beach" either.

What it costs: You're based in Wembley Downs, and there's nothing on your site for Google to show anyone searching for an electrician there.

The fix: Build one real page for your own suburb first, using the words already sitting unused in your page title: "Residential and Commercial Electrician Perth."

Work for Bunnings, Coles and Target is on someone else's website, not yours

Your Houzz profile, checked 14 Sep 2026, states you've done installation and maintenance work for Bunnings, Coles and Target. None of that appears on your own website, which markets to "body corporates, businesses and commercial clients."

What it costs: A business or strata manager deciding whether you can handle commercial work has no proof on your own site that you already have. Three national names is exactly the proof that wins that kind of job.

The fix: Put the Bunnings, Coles and Target work on your own homepage.

See it on Houzz, not your own site →

The maths

People searching "electrician wembley downs", per month200
A general electrical job, low end price$250
If just 2 of those became booked jobs a month$500/mo

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris
